Smekám před zákaznicky orientovaným přístupem

To whom it may concern,
I have booked a car rental via the online booking platform on 13th August 2012. Today, I have been informed by my friend, that we are paying a too high rate for the car rental.
I have at the moment rate of 345 EUR for car rental of Peugeot 308 or similar + 50 EUR cancellation fees. The car rental is from 18.10.2012 to 25.10.2012. I have checked SIXT online rates on the SIXT.com website and for the same period you offer at the moment rate of 164.92 EUR. The price seems to be comparable also to other companies on the market.
My question is, why I am paying for the same period and the same car category over 2 times more than you offer at the moment online. I have already given you my credit card details for the prepayment.
I suggest following:
1) you cancel my reservation free of charge without any cancellation fees
2) you provide me the service at the reasonable charge – which is 164,92 EUR + you offer me free upgrade to higher car category for all the hassle about this
3) you will not accept 1 or 2 and I will be forced to do following:
– cancel the reservation and pay you those 50 EUR
– I will never book a car via airsavings.net nor sixt.com
– I will never recommend airsavings.net nor sixt.com
I am looking forward your soonest reply and I am truly disappointed by the policy both of your companies. If this is not a mistake, I consider it as a cheat and unfair behavior!
